Breezeblock Patio Wall Built for CAVA in New Braunfels

We just wrapped up a breezeblock patio wall at the new CAVA location in New Braunfels. This is the kind of work that doesn't always get a lot of attention, but it makes a real difference in how a commercial space feels when customers show up.

Breezeblock - also called decorative concrete block - has that classic open-pattern design that does two things at once. It defines a space without completely closing it off, and it adds a visual detail that plain walls just can't. For an outdoor dining or patio area, that matters. People notice it even if they don't know exactly why the space feels finished.

The wall runs along the patio perimeter and gives the whole area a clear boundary. It keeps the outdoor space from feeling like it's just floating in a parking lot. That's a small thing structurally, but it's a big deal for the overall customer experience. Commercial clients care about that - and they should.

Getting the blocks set level and aligned on a commercial job like this takes more than just stacking material. We used a telehandler to move and position the block sections, which keeps things clean, safe, and accurate on a busy active job site. Precision matters here because these walls are visible from the front of the building.
